Our Addison center is located at the intersection of Belt Line Road and Midway Lane next to The Hub Sports Grill.

Our Team

Matt McCoy, P.T., MPT, Center Manager

Matt has been with Baylor Rehab since 2015 and has over 20 years of outpatient orthopedic experience. He enjoys treating all orthopedic pathologies and has a special interest in the shoulder and the tennis athlete. Matt is also passionate about educating each patient on their pathology and the "why" behind what we do in physical therapy. Educating patients on pain and the body's processing of pain is also an area of interest and specialty. Matt is a native Texan, and he has lived in the Dallas area for over 20 years. He spends his time outside of work with family and playing tennis.

David Marchuk, P.T., DPT, CMPT

David considers himself a North Texas native and still lives in the Plano area with his wife and golden retriever, Banksy. He is currently pursuing a fellowship certification with the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy. He is passionate about helping patients understand their problems, pain and dysfunction, enabling them to return to a healthy lifestyle. David specializes in a variety of services such as low back rehabilitation, dry needling, neck pain, manual therapy, orthopedics, post-operative rehabilitation and more! When he's not treating patients in the center, he enjoys spending time with his wife, playing golf and trying new recipes at home and in restaurants throughout the Metroplex.
