Our Austin Far West center is located on the backside of the Austin Surgical Plaza near the intersection of Far West Blvd and Mopac Expy.

We know that injuries are never scheduled, but relief can be. If you're injured, tired of having less mobility or experiencing aches and pains, let our licensed clinical experts help.

We provide comprehensive outpatient physical therapy to individuals suffering from injury or pain associated with sports injuries, back/neck pain, joint problems, balance disorders and work-related injuries. Our therapists work with you and create an individualized treatment plan to help you quickly return to daily activities, work duties and recreational pursuits.

Our Team

Tiffany Sheffield, P.T., DPT, MHA - Center Manager

Tiffany was born in Killeen, Texas. Her father was in the Army so she has moved all across the country, but central Texas has become her permanent home. Tiffany cares deeply about helping patients understand their pain and ways to improve physical health longevity. She has her master's degree in healthcare administration with a passion for ensuring a facility runs smoothly. She also has a clinical interest in pelvic floor therapy and treats both men and women. She is certified in dry needling, pelvic floor (male and female) and strategies of the tactical athlete.

Debra Dobbs, P.T.

With over 25 years as a physical therapist, Debra enjoys surrounding herself with people who can benefit from her skills and care. Growing up in Alabama, Debra was inspired to enter the field by her grandmother, with whom she spent a significant amount of time. Her grandmother was a hospice nurse, and Debra admired her dedication to helping people. Debra entered the health field at the age of 28, after eight years working in accounting and outside sales. She received her bachelor's in physical therapy from the University of Texas Southwestern. She is also a certified Performance Enhancement Specialist.

Erika , P.T., MPT

Shelly brings a positive attitude and high level of compassion to the patients she treats. With many years of clinical experience, Shelly has treated all ranges of diagnoses and has a passion for helping her patients achieve their functional and personal therapy goals. She completed her master's in physical therapy from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. She has her certification in dry needling (Level 1) and specializes in general orthopedics, amputee rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, and spine rehab. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, and believes in promoting wellness for all, standing by the motto: "Be kind to everyone as everyone might be fighting a harder battle."
