Our Austin South Lamar center is located on the 1st floor of One West Hills Medical Building on South Lamar, a few blocks north of Ben White Blvd.

We know that injuries are never scheduled, but relief can be. If you're injured, tired of having less mobility or experiencing aches and pains, let our licensed clinical experts help.  

We provide comprehensive outpatient physical therapy and occupational therapy to individuals suffering from injury or pain associated with sports injuries, back/neck pain, joint problems, balance disorders and work-related injuries. Our therapists work with you and create an individualized treatment plan to help you quickly return to daily activities, work duties and recreational pursuits.

Our Team

Sarah Sanchez, P.T., DPT, Cert DN - Center Manager

Sarah Sanchez, P.T., DPT received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2018 from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in Austin, TX. Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science in kinesiology, pre-physical therapy from Texas A&M - Corpus Christi, where she played Division I Volleyball. Once working in the field as a physical therapist, she earned a dry needling certification (DN-Cert) from the American Academy of Spinal Manipulation. Sarah is currently pursuing her certification in orthopedic manual therapy (COMT) for her extended study in joint and soft tissue manipulation. Sarah believes physical therapy provides a vital service of health and wellness to the community, and believes it is crucial to educate patients on their impairments and give them all of the tools to restore a healthy lifestyle. Sarah enjoys playing volleyball, cooking and spending time on the lake. She loves exploring the city with her giant dog, Miles Davis.
