Our Burleson center is located on the 2nd floor of the Medical Offices Building at the Baylor Scott & White Emergency Hospital - Burleson.  The center is on the southbound service road at I-35W and Rendon-Crowley Road.

We know that injuries are never scheduled, but relief can be. If you're injured, tired of having less mobility or experiencing aches and pains, let our licensed clinical experts help.  

We provide comprehensive outpatient physical therapy and occupational therapy to individuals suffering from injury or pain associated with sports injuries, back/neck pain, joint problems, balance disorders and work-related injuries. Our therapists work with you and create an individualized treatment plan to help you quickly return to daily activities, work duties and recreational pursuits.

Our Team

Aaron Bradford, P.T., DPT, CMPT - Center Manager

Aaron brings a high level of energy and care to his patients. Born and raised in Frisco, Texas, he played soccer and the trumpet. Aaron enjoys treating all patients, but has a primary clinical focus on neck and low back pain. Aaron is currently pursuing a fellowship with the North American Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy. His mission is to "to serve faithfully, with a charitable and joyful attitude, enriching the lives of those around me." He loves being around people and learning about what is important to them!

Tiara Sharp, P.T., DPT, OCS

Tiara brings a compassionate energy and fun personality to the patients she treats. She was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. Tiara enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic conditions including post-operative therapy, low back pain and rotator cuff pain. She is certified in using trigger point dry needling for certain disorders of the upper and lower body. She has a passion for empowering her patients and educating them on their health and wellness.
