Our Carrollton Hebron center is located at the intersection of Hebron Pkwy and Highway 121 in The Collection Urban Village Shopping Center. 

We know that injuries are never scheduled, but relief can be. If you're injured, tired of having less mobility or experiencing aches and pains, let our licensed clinical experts help.  

We provide comprehensive outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy and certified handt therapy to individuals suffering from injury or pain associated with sports injuries, back/neck pain, joint problems, balance disorders and work-related injuries. Our therapists work with you and create an individualized treatment plan to help you quickly return to daily activities, work duties and recreational pursuits.

Our Team

Nisha Mathews, P.T., DPT, OCS - Center Manager

Nisha, a physical therapist with more than 20 years of experience, works at Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Carrollton. Nisha is a board certified clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy, dry needling certified and vestibular certified. She has a bachelor's degree in physical therapy, master's degree in musculoskeletal physical therapy, post-graduate diploma in physical therapy and doctorate in physical therapy from the State University of New York. Inspired by her passion for a healthy lifestyle, she enjoys running, triathlons and disc golf. Born in India, she has traveled widely and was featured on ABC in 2019 for fitness tips. Nisha believes, "Your physical health is not a gift to your own self; it is a gift to your families and your community. I am happy to be a part of healing and promoting physical fitness and health in my community."

Adam Coberly , P.T., DPT

Adam was born and raised in Coppell, Texas, and currently resides in the Colony. He received his doctorate in physical therapy from Hardin Simmons University in 2023. He is passionate about helping people heal and recover. He loves to empower people to become the healthiest and best versions of themselves. His own injury of an ACL tear in high school inspired him to pursue physical therapy as a career.

Christopher Freund, P.T.,DPT

With nearly a decade of experience as a physical therapist, Christopher is now the center manager at the Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation Outpatient Therapy location in Carrollton. Christopher strives to better his patients and himself each and every day. The ability to make a meaningful impact on his patients' lives is what motivated him to become a physical therapist. Born and raised in New Jersey, Christopher and his wife now call Frisco home. In his spare time, he enjoys working out, barbequing and continues to be a fan of NY sports. Christopher says: "I enjoy the special bonds that are created between the physical therapist and the patient; helping people overcome adversity is what drives me."
