Our Team

Bryan Bertsch, P.T., OCS, Center Manager

Bryan has been a member of Baylor Scott & White since 1995 as an outpatient orthopedic physical therapist. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri with degrees in physical therapy and exercise science, and is an orthopedic certified specialist (OCS). Bryan is a member of the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS) as a certified orthopedic specialist. Bryan possesses extensive experience with all orthopedic diagnoses and has worked closely with amateur and professional athletes across various sports. Bryan's current emphasis is treatment of non-operative and post-operative shoulder diagnoses, ranging from rotator cuff repairs to shoulder replacements.

Christopher Rogers, P.T., D.C., ATC, OCS, COMT, cert. DN

From early on, Chris, a physical therapist at Baylor Scott and White Institute for Rehabilitation in Dallas, knew he was drawn to natural means of treatment and the power of prevention. Physical therapy as well as other "manual" forms of treatment has appealed to him and guided him to his current position where he also functions as a mentor and clinical instructor for physical therapy student interns. Chris says: "'Health' is an 'active' choice. If I can be a part of that choice, by educating and/or directly impacting my patients' health by manual interventions, it strengthens my soul and confirms my purpose as a healer."

Reid Frazier, P.T., DPT, CMPT

Reid has been a physical therapist at Baylor Scott and WHite Institute for Rehabilitation for five years. He is a current fellow in training with the North American Institute of Musculoskeletal Therapy. He received his doctorate in physical therapy at Hardin-Simmons University. He is blood flow restricted certified, dry needling certified and is a certified manual physical therapist. Reid decided to become a physical therapist after having several injuries to his shoulder from playing baseball. He says, "I am motivated by being a helpful hand to my patients in unfortunate situations whether it be by injury or surgery. I aspire to be a clinician who listens well and gives full effort in helping my patients reach their goals."
