About

Our Dallas North Washington Avenue center is located on the 3rd floor of the 411 North Washington Professional Building (formerly Tom Landry Fitness Center) at the intersection of N. Washington Avenue and Crutcher Street.

We provide comprehensive outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy and certified hand therapy to individuals suffering from injury or pain associated with sports injuries, back/neck pain, joint problems, balance disorders and work-related injuries. Our therapists work with you and create an individualized treatment plan to help you quickly return to daily activities, work duties and recreational pursuits.

We are proud to serve our community, providing each person an exceptional experience that promotes healing, recovery and return to an active lifestyle in a safe, progressive and compassionate environment. Request an appointment and experience the power of physical therapy today.
