Our Dallas North Washington Avenue center is located on the 3rd floor of the 411 North Washington Professional Building (formerly Tom Landry Fitness Center) at the intersection of N. Washington Avenue and Crutcher Street.

We provide comprehensive outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy and certified hand therapy to individuals suffering from injury or pain associated with sports injuries, back/neck pain, joint problems, balance disorders and work-related injuries. Rachel Hardin, P.T., DPT, OCS - Center Manager
Rachel is center manager of the Dallas N. Washington, orthopedic center on the Baylor University Medical Center campus. She is originally from Arkansas, but has deep roots in East Texas. Rachel enjoys spending time outdoors, appreciating nature and traveling with family and friends. She says, "As a lifelong learner, I strive for clinical excellence and daily growth. I collaboratively and holistically work with patients to achieve their goals and return to living and enjoying life. As a leader, I strive to support and inspire my team along their professional and personal journeys. With diversity in our team and treatment approaches, we compassionately provide a holistic and healing environment of care for all of those we serve."
Ann Marie McStravick, P.T., DPT
Ann Marie brings a high level of energy and personality to the patients she treats. She was raised in Tomball, Texas, and grew up raising animals and playing multiple sports. Ann Marie enjoys treating pelvic floor issues while promoting wellness for her patients' overall general health. She received her bachelor's degree from Texas State University and went on to earn her doctorate in physical therapy. Her certifications include: Herman & Wallace pelvic floor level 1; pelvic function level 2A; athletes and pelvic rehabilitation; Pilates therapeutic exercises for pelvic health; Baylor Scott & White new graduate development program; integrating Pilates into physical therapy treatment; and shoulder surgical & rehabilitation series.
Arique Moss, P.T., DPT
Arique combines his collegiate athletic background and personal training expertise to help patients achieve their goals. Known for his calm and reassuring approach, he creates a comfortable environment that promotes positive outcomes. Arique enjoys treating a wide range of conditions, with a special focus on lower-extremity and post-operative care. His passion lies in helping patients return to the activities they love, whether that's sports or everyday movement. In addition to being a physical therapist, Arique is a therapy supervisor and participant in the ACL Special Interest Group.
Chris Noland, P.T.
For more than 21 years, Chris has been dedicated to helping patients move with ease and build strength. He provides care for a wide range of conditions from jaw pain (TMD) and balance challenges to post-surgical recovery after joint replacements and tendon repairs. He addresses needs from head to toe. His education background includes a bachelor's degree in biology from West Texas A&M university and a master's degree in physical therapy from UT Southwestern.
Originally from Amarillo, Chris has proudly called Dallas home for the past 25 years and values being an active part of the community he serves. Chris is passionate about delivering personalized care that restores function, alleviates pain and empowers patients to return to the activities they love.
Joshua Bhagat, P.T., DPT
Joshua was born and raised in Tulsa, Okla., and moved to Dallas in 2018. He received his bachelor's degree from Oral Roberts University and his doctorate in physical therapy from Southwest Baptist University. He enjoys treating workers' compensation and post-operative patients.
Marie Lodics, P.T., DPT
Marie enjoys getting to know her patients and focusing care plans to reach patients' personal goals. After personally going through physical therapy and regaining the ability to return to sport, she realized how lifechanging it can be. Helping others achieve that same recovery and independence is what makes the work so rewarding for Marie.
Scott Onyeokeziri, P.T., DPT
Scott is a dedicated physical therapist with a strong passion for sports therapy and helping athletes optimize recovery and performance, in addition to working with the general population in improving quality of life.
Outside of his professional work, he maintains an active lifestyle through exercise and running. He also enjoys creativity and the challenge of performing stand-up comedy around town. Scott is an avid sports enthusiast, which fuels his commitment to supporting patients in achieving their goals.
Spencer Bristo, P.T., DPT
Spencer graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2021 with a bachelor's degree in physiology. Shortly thereafter, he attended Texas Women's University and earned his doctorate in physical therapy. He specializes in general orthopedics, post-surgical rehabilitation and treating weekend warriors. He is motivated to help people get back to doing what they love. He believes it is the best part of his job.
Andrew Bishop, OTR, CHT
Drew is a board certified occupational therapist and certified hand and upper-extremity specialist. Drew is a graduate of Stockton University and completed post-graduate, specialized training through Evidence in Motion's advanced practice in treatment of the upper quarter. Drew has been fortunate to receive mentorship from seasoned, specialized therapists, has practiced directly with leading hand, sub-specialist physicians and has participated in research conduction advancing best practice.
