Our Dallas Preston Hollow center is located at the intersection of Northwest Highway and Midway Lane next to Central Market in the Preston Hollow Shopping Center.

We know that injuries are never scheduled, but relief can be. If you're injured, tired of having less mobility or experiencing aches and pains, let our licensed clinical experts help.  

We provide comprehensive outpatient physical therapy to individuals suffering from injury or pain associated with sports injuries, back/neck pain, joint problems, balance disorders and work-related injuries. Our therapists work with you and create an individualized treatment plan to help you quickly return to daily activities, work duties and recreational pursuits.

Our Team

Jason Wishin Sr., P.T., DPT, SCS, CSCS, Center Manager

Jason has a passion for helping people feel whole again after an injury. He was born in South Bend, Ind. and now lives in Dallas, Tex. Jason is a Center Manager at Preston Hollow, lead mentor in Baylor Scott & White sports residency and teaches continuing education courses. He enjoys treating pediatric, athletic and orthopedic patients and is experienced in sports therapy, orthopedic therapy and dry needling. He is married with two sons and two German Shepard dogs. He coaches baseball in his free time and likes to exercise.

Lauren-Elizabeth Westerhouse, P.T., DPT, CMPT, NCPT

Lauren-Elizabeth is a passionate and skilled physical therapist who brings an array of knowledge and specialization with spine patients. While a soccer player at Louisiana Tech University, she suffered an ACL and meniscus injury, leading her to undergo surgery and physical therapy. This personal injury experience helped fuel her passion for assisting other people return to full confidence and participation in their desired sport, physical activity or travel adventures. She was born and raised in North Louisiana, before moving to Dallas, Tex. for physical therapy school. She now permanently resides in Dallas with her husband, two sons and two dogs. Lauren-Elizabeth enjoys Pilates, running, being outdoors and spending time with her family. She primarily treats individuals who are athletes or weekend warriors. As a leader of the Pilates/Yoga Special Interest Group, she is highly specialized in Pilates, manual therapy and general orthopedics.
