Our Team

Karthik Jayaraman, P.T., DPT - Center Manager

Karthik has been an employee with Baylor Scott & White Outpatient Rehabilitation since 2018, originally as a staff therapist. He was promoted to center manager at Dallas Sammons Cancer Center in 2020. Karthik received his board certification in oncologic physical therapy in 2019, and has served as director of the Oncology Residency Program since 2022. "I was diagnosed with a sarcoma in 2013 and required chemotherapy, radiation and an extensive flap surgery as part of my treatment course. My own experience as a cancer survivor has changed my perspective on life and how I approach my patients. My goal is to ensure each and every patient I encounter feels prepared for their treatment journey and has support throughout their survivorship." Karthik is married with a 1-year-old old son and a rescue chocolate lab, and enjoys cooking, traveling and being outdoors.

Bonnie Lucio, P.T., CLT

Bonnie was born in Taiwan and currently lives in Dallas. She has been a physical therapist for over 40 years and enjoys impacting a patient's life. She obtained her bachelor's degree in physical therapy at Washington University and received her board certification in oncologic physical therapy and lymphedema therapy certification. Bonnie says, "I really enjoy the oncology population because we can make a big difference in our patients' quality of life. It is our job to make a life that is being saved worth living. This has been an outstanding career and I have no plans to stop any time soon." .

Megan Reardon, P.T., DPT

Megan's clinical expertise includes treating a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological and post-operative conditions. She focuses on the whole person, and utilizes a combination of manual therapy and therapeutic exercise to help patients achieve their goals. She specializes in oncology rehabilitation, general orthopedics, TMD and dry needling.

Anna Spohrer, M.S., CCC-SLP

Anna has been a speech-language pathologist for more than six years. She graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a bachelor's degree in speech-language pathology and audiology. She completed her master's degree in communication sciences and disorders. She is a clinical instructor and certified in ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation, the McNeill dysphagia therapy program and head and neck lymphedema management. Anna's motivation stems from her patients. She says, "My patients often tell me that swallowing is something they never thought about until it became a challenge for them. Having difficulty with a skill that seems so natural and automatic can put someone in such a vulnerable position, and I feel privileged to help people overcome this obstacle."

Lyndi Eudy, M.S., SLP

Lyndi has been a clinician for over six years. Speech, voice and eating are a huge part of how we navigate our community and friendships and when any of these areas become difficult, it can significantly impact our quality of life. She says. "being able to navigate this with patients and find strategies to help them succeed in their environments is the best part of my job."
