Jianna Garcia
Jianna Garcia is a perfect example of the importance of individually-tailored physical therapy programs. Physical Therapist Ladislao "Ladis" Aguilar helped her recover from her first bunion repair making it possible for her to go on to win International United Miss Texas title. At first, Jianna was unable to walk properly and was told she would be unable to wear heels for six-to-eight months. With Ladis's help, Jianna recovered in four months, in time for the International United Miss Texas competition. After that pageant, Jianna needed her second bunion repair. Since then, Ladis has been helping her work the catwalk and spin in six-inch heels. While high heels aren't something our physical therapists typically recommend, since it was important to Jianna, it was important to us. Now, we are excited to cheer on Jianna at the International United Miss this July!
