Our Fort Worth Carter clinic is located in the Carter Rehabilitation & Fitness Center at Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center - Fort Worth.  We are behind the Emergency Room near the intersection of Mistletoe Blvd and 8th Avenue.
