Our Georgetown Southeast - Wolf Crossing center is located at the intersection of N I-35 Frontage Road and Highway 29 (W. University Avenue) in the Wolf Crossing Shopping Center.

We know that injuries are never scheduled, but relief can be. If you're injured, tired of having less mobility or experiencing aches and pains, let our licensed clinical experts help.  

We provide comprehensive outpatient physical therapy to individuals suffering from injury or pain associated with sports injuries, back/neck pain, joint problems, balance disorders and work-related injuries. Nahyeli Anais Plasencia Faulks, P.T., DPT, cert MDT - Center Manager

Nahyeli Plasencia Faulks, P.T. DPT was born and raised in Laredo, TX and is bilingual (English/Spanish). She enjoys treating patients of all kinds, is experienced in the McKenzie treatment for all body parts including the spine and has a passion for promoting ongoing health and wellness. Nahyeli enjoys spending time with family and friends. In her free time, she enjoys working out, hiking, paddle boarding, swimming and going on walks/runs with her dog and husband. Summer time is her favorite for pool time, beach time and outdoor concerts. "Seeing patients strive to get better motivates me! I have always felt the need help others live a healthy and active lifestyle no matter the age. I knew PT was my calling when I noticed how difficult it would be for someone to bounce back after an injury without any direction."
