Our Georgetown Williams Drive center, affectionately known as Little Georgetown is located next to Georgetown Donuts at Williams Drive and Estrella Crossing.

We know that injuries are never scheduled, but relief can be. If you're injured, tired of having less mobility or experiencing aches and pains, let our licensed clinical experts help.

We provide comprehensive outpatient physical therapy and occupational therapy to individuals suffering from injury or pain associated with sports injuries, back/neck pain, joint problems, balance disorders and work-related injuries. Our therapists work with you and create an individualized treatment plan to help you quickly return to daily activities, work duties and recreational pursuits.

Our Team

Tatiana AzZani Mosher, P.T., DPT, OCS, COMT, Center Manager

Tatiana received her bachelor's degree in kinesiology from Texas A&M University College Station in 2015, then her doctorate in physical therapy from Texas Tech Health Science center in 2018. Since then, she has became certified as a orthopedic manual therapist, orthopedic clinical therapist and certified in trigger point dry needling. Tatiana focuses on treating athletes and runners, with expertise in sports medicine and pediatrics for children aged nine and up. Her specializations include general orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, low back rehabilitation, post-surgical rehabilitation and return-to-running rehabilitation. Additionally, Tatiana serves as a center manager, clinical instructor and leader of a running special interest group.
