Our Kyle Parkway center is located in The Village at Kyle Shopping Center at the intersection of Kyle Parkway and the I-35 Frontage Road.

We know that injuries are never scheduled, but relief can be. If you're injured, tired of having less mobility or experiencing aches and pains, let our licensed clinical experts help.  

We provide comprehensive outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy and certified hand therapy to individuals suffering from injury or pain associated with sports injuries, back/neck pain, joint problems, balance disorders and work-related injuries. Our Team

Meralee Guhl, P.T., DPT, CCTT, CODN, Center Manager

Meralee recently joined the team at Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Kyle after 30 years in private practice and as a faculty member at the Center for Oral, Facial and Head Pain, School of Oral Surgery at Columbia University in New York City. She is also the co-facilitator of the TMD journal club. She is a member of the American Academy of Orofacial Pain, American Headache Society, International Headache Society and the American Physical Therapy Association. She is the secretary of the Physical Therapy Board of Craniofacial and Cervical Therapeutics. Meralee is a ReVital Cancer certified clinician and specializes in headache, neck, TMD pain and dysfunction, maxillofacial trauma and reconstruction, vestibular impairments, lymphedema and oncology rehab.

Casey David, P.T., DPT

Casey is passionate about caring for all patients and emphasizing kindness toward everyone she treats. Casey has a soft spot for National Parks and a passion for making recreational activities accessible for all. Casey says "I have been able to see firsthand how important movement is for healing, mental health and quality of life, and physical therapy drew me in as a way to share that with others." She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor's degree in biology. She continued her education at the University of Texas at El Paso to obtained her doctorate in physical therapy.

Pamela Reyes, P.T., DPT

Born in the Philippines and raised in Southern California, Pam grew up playing sports and hiking. She is passionate about the sports community and is involved in the women's basketball scene in Austin. She enjoys treating all patients and has a passion for promoting strength and mobility to encourage athleticism for all. She says, "I have been on the table side of physical therapy, where I was unable to move or do what I love. From this experience, I was able to appreciate all the knowledge and work that physical therapists do for their patients. I want to serve others in this way, and promote wellness with strength and mobility to encourage all the fun that movement can offer."

Victoria Ontiberos, OTR, OTD, CKTP

Victoria was born in Austin, Texas and currently resides in Kyle, Texas. Victoria loves building strong rapport with her patients and learning about their life adventures. She treats children over 10, adults and older adults. She received her bachelor's in exercise and sports science and her master's in education in health education from Texas State University. She also attended the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, where she received her doctorate in occupational therapy. She is currently working on her doctorate in Education at St. Edwards University. Outside of work, Victoria is a guest speaker at universities and state and national conferences, discussing her research in sexuality and reproductive health in efforts to promote awareness of occupational therapy's role in this scope.
