About

Our Mansfield center is located at the intersection of E. Broad Street and Regency Pkwy next to Plains Capital Bank across from Academy Sports & Outdoors.

We know that injuries are never scheduled, but relief can be. If you're injured, tired of having less mobility or experiencing aches and pains, let our licensed clinical experts help.

We provide comprehensive outpatient physical therapy to individuals suffering from injury or pain associated with sports injuries, back/neck pain, joint problems, balance disorders and work-related injuries. Our therapists work with you and create an individualized treatment plan to help you quickly return to daily activities, work duties and recreational pursuits.

We are proud to serve our community, providing each person an exceptional experience that promotes healing, recovery and return to an active lifestyle in a safe, progressive and compassionate environment. Request an appointment and experience the power of physical therapy today.

Michelle Ulrich, M.S., CCC-SLP

Michelle loves meeting new people, which she fostered through moving around the country as a child and making friends wherever her family lived. She has now settled in the Dallas-Forth Worth area with her spouse and child. Michelle became a speech-language pathologist because of her brother, who has Down syndrome. "I watched him do therapies throughout childhood and was inspired by the impact on him and the efforts from his therapists," Michelle said. She received her bachelor's degree in speech-language pathology and audiology from Loma Linda University in 2006 and her master's degree in speech-language pathology from the same university in 2008. She is certified in LSVT Loud, McNeill Dysphagia Therapy Program and ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation. Michelle enjoys reading and being at the pool or beach.
