Our Team

Ben Beal, P.T.,M.S.

Ben Beal's career has evolved over several years of service, naturally shifting towards primarily treating shoulder complex and upper quadrant dysfunctions. This evolution has been driven by the development of relationships with various physicians and the community in the area. He joined the staff at Mesquite Republic in 2007 and has been its center manager since 2011. "As a husband to an incredible wife and father to three amazing children, I have learned over and over again the importance of striving to become better in four key relationships: my God, my family, my fellowman, and myself. Through collaborative and innovative care, we are dedicated to inspire, impact, and motivate our patients, each other, and the communities that we serve."

Amanda Fleming, P.T., DPT

Amanda enjoys having an impact on people's lives. She loves seeing the light bulb go off where patients start making progress to return to what they love to do. Amanda was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. She has been a clinician at Baylor Scott and White Institute for Rehabilitation for more than 19 years. She is a certified ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation clinician. Amanda specializes in oncology, vestibular rehabilitation and general orthopedics. She is also a clinical supervisor and clinical instructor.

Hailey Holland, P.T., DPT

From a family of physical therapists, Hailey knew she wanted to be a physical therapist when she was 15. She went to LSU for her undergraduate degree and completed her doctorate in physical therapy from University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. She has a passion for working with the neuro population to enhance their well-being and functional independence.

John Copeland, P.T., DPT

John comes from an athletics-based background and specializes in sports-related rehabilitation. Outside of the center he is active in weight training and running, additionally enjoying participation in rock climbing and mountaineering. John was born and raised in Waco, Texas, where he attended Baylor University for his undergraduate degree, later attending the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio where he received his doctorate in physical therapy.

Zainab Siddiqui, P.T., DPT

Zainab primarily treats neurologic conditions and is very passionate about the care she delivers to her patients. Born in Hyderabad, India, Zainab speaks Urdu fluently. She immigrated to the United States at the age of three and has been living in Dallas for the past 12 years. In 2020, Zainab graduated at UTD with a bachelor's degree in healthcare studies. She then completed her doctorate in physical therapy in 2023 from Texas Women's University. She also participates in the Parkinson's and neurology special interest group.

Carolina Ibarra, MOT, OTR/L

Carolina received her bachelor's degree in child development at Texas Woman's University, then pursued her master's degree in occupational therapy. She is bilingual (English/Spanish) and was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. Carolina came across occupational therapy as a profession during her observation hours and was inspired. Before that, she had no idea what an occupational therapist did. What motivates her is seeing patient's progress and functional growth throughout their recovery, which has been very impactful and rewarding for her. She really enjoys when patients get excited over their progress and report returning to their day-to-day activities. Carolina specializes in orthopedics, neurologic rehabilitation and hand therapy.

Lourdes Delgado, OTR/L

Lourdes was born and raised in La Lloma de San Juan, (Guanajuato), Mexico and moved to the United States when she was 10 years old where she learned to speak English as her second language. She decided to shadow an occupational therapist following a co-treatment program in the hospital setting, while she was shadowing a physical therapist at the time. During her occupational shadowing, she realized what the treatment they delivered was her true calling. What motivates her is being able to return patients back to their most independent function, especially with simple things we may take for granted like washing our hands or turning a key.

Desiree Tanner, OTR/L, CLT

Desiree incorporates a holistic approach that creates a safe space and allows for an effective therapeutic process while servicing the oncology population. She has a master's degree in occupational therapy from Tennessee State University. She is certified as a lymphedema therapist and a ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation therapist.
