Our Murphy center is located on the 2nd floor of the Medical Offices Building at the Baylor Scott & White Emergency Hospital - Murphy at the intersection of FM 544 and Heritage Pkwy.

We know that injuries are never scheduled, but relief can be. If you're injured, tired of having less mobility or experiencing aches and pains, let our licensed clinical experts help.  

We provide comprehensive outpatient physical therapy to individuals suffering from injury or pain associated with sports injuries, back/neck pain, joint problems, balance disorders and work-related injuries. Our therapists work with you and create an individualized treatment plan to help you quickly return to daily activities, work duties and recreational pursuits.

Our Team

Bailey McGehee, P.T., DPT - Center Manager

Since starting with us in 2022, Bailey brings compassion and care to her clinic through a positive culture. She believes in educating, encouraging and facilitating changes to improve the quality of patients' lives. Bailey loves to have fun while in the clinic, making the most of each day. She is Texas born and raised and enjoys serving her community. She is a follower of Christ with a love for her family and her German Shepard.

Shannon Ninan Jacob, P.T., DPT

Shannon is compassionate and desires to see her patients succeed. She was born and raised in Dallas, but has deep roots within her South Asian culture. She embraces diversity and loves to travel around the world. Shannon enjoys treating a general orthopedic population and wants to see patients meet their personal goals. She received her bachelor's degree from Texas Women's University in 2020. Shortly thereafter, she pursued her doctorate in physical therapy at University of North Texas Health Science Center. Shannon is bilingual (English/Malayalam) and loves helping people realize their own body's potential and capability for healing. She feels so rewarded to see her patients returning to what they love to do.
