About

Our Round Rock Sundance center is located in LaFrontera Village Shopping Center at the intersection of Sundance Pkwy and LaFrontera Blvd.  We are on the northwest side of the I-35/ Highway 45 Interchange near Lowe's Home Improvement.

We know that injuries are never scheduled, but relief can be. If you're injured, tired of having less mobility or experiencing aches and pains, let our licensed clinical experts help.  

We provide comprehensive outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy and certified hand therapy to individuals suffering from injury or pain associated with sports injuries, back/neck pain, joint problems, balance disorders and work-related injuries. Our therapists work with you and create an individualized treatment plan to help you quickly return to daily activities, work duties and recreational pursuits.

Our Team

Kellie Berkel-Hoffman, MOT, AIB-VRC

Kellie brings energy and positivity to motivate the patients she treats. She has a hands-on and client-centered approach for all of the individuals she works with to ensure return to meaningful tasks. She is an Austin, Texas native. Recently returning to her hometown to be closer to family after spending years in Dallas working in a private outpatient center with adults and professional athletes for orthopedic and head injuries. It is important for Kellie to bring in the most innovative and evidence-based treatments for the patient recovery process. Her many certifications include American Institute of Balance - Vestibular Rehabilitation and Concussion certification for central and peripheral dysfunction, manual summit education and in-service alternative health care services, splinting and custom orthosis summit education and in-service alternative health care services. Kellie also graduated from Texas Tech University in 2018 with her master's degree in occupational therapy.
